01. What kind of yerba mate should I choose?

Ultimately, this is of course entirely up to you, but we do have a few recommendations.

There are a few brands we recommend if you are new to yerba mate. They are not extremely bitter, and therefore perfect as your introduction to yerba mate:

CBSé ; This is an Argentinean brand. The yerbas of CBSé are often sweet and have for example fruit or something else as an addition.
Verde Mate; This is a brand of yerba mate from Brazil. They have many different types, but the important thing is that their yerba is air-dried, rather than smoked. This makes it less bitter, and therefore much more accessible to a beginning yerba mate drinker.

02. Can yerba mate help you lose weight?

Absolutely! Yerba mate helps you lose weight by increasing your metabolism, reducing your appetite, and giving you the energy to exercise. So it's not like the pounds will magically disappear when you drink yerba mate, but it does help!

03. How long does delivery take?

Under normal circumstances we ship an order within 1-2 business days and you will receive it after 2-4 business days.

04. Can I return my order?

You have the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt. It is important that accessories are unused in the original packaging, and that yerba mate is unopened. Contact us via the contact page if you want to return (part of) your order.
